This pilgrimage has been designed for those who wish to live a spiritual journey through some of the places of greatest Marian devotion in Europe. Over 10 days, pilgrims will visit shrines, historic cities and places of prayer in Portugal, Spain and France.

The route includes Fátima, Aljustrel, Santiago de Compostela, Covadonga, San Sebastián de Garabandal and Lourdes, combining religious tourism, Christian history, spiritual accompaniment, guided visits and moments of community prayer.

San Sebastián de Garabandal is a small Cantabrian village set among the mountains. The pilgrimage program includes a visit to the village, the climb up “the calleja” to pray the Holy Rosary at “Los Pinos”, as well as a walk through places linked to the young visionaries and the “Milagrucu” street.

Full itinerary

Day1 City of origin / Madrid

Arrival in Madrid and transfer to the hotel. Overnight.

Day2 Madrid

Breakfast. Panoramic tour of the beautiful and cosmopolitan capital, Madrid, visiting its main sights such as Cibeles, the Prado Museum, the Puerta de Alcalá and other emblematic monuments. Afternoon free. Overnight.

Day3 Madrid / Coria / Fátima

Departure towards Coria, where a short stop will be made. This city keeps one of the most important relics of Christendom, linked by tradition to the tablecloth on which the Last Supper of Christ was celebrated. Continue to Fátima. On arrival, possibility of taking part in the Holy Rosary, Mass and Candlelight Procession. Overnight.

Day4 Fátima / Aljustrel / Fátima

Breakfast. In the morning, Way of the Cross along the Valinhos path, from the roundabout of the little shepherds to Aljustrel, where we visit the homes of the little shepherds with a local guide. In the afternoon, visit to the Shrine of Fátima and time to take part in the religious services. Candlelight Procession. Overnight.

Day5 Fátima / Porto / Santiago de Compostela

Breakfast. Departure to Porto for a panoramic tour of the city, with emblematic sights such as the Dom Luís I Bridge, the Church of Commerce, the Church of Saint Francis and other monuments. Continue to Santiago de Compostela. On arrival, city tour with a local guide through the old town and monuments such as the Hostal de los Reyes Católicos, Pazo de Raxoi, San Xerome College, Monastery of San Martiño, Antealtares and Casa do Cabido. Continue to the Cathedral, with its four monumental squares: Obradoiro, Praterías, Quintana dos Mortos and Acibechería. Overnight.

Day6 Santiago / Covadonga / San Sebastián de Garabandal

Breakfast. Very early departure to Covadonga to visit this shrine set in a place of great natural beauty in the Picos de Europa. Visit to the Basilica and the Holy Cave with the image of Our Lady of Covadonga. Continue to San Sebastián de Garabandal, a Cantabrian village among the mountains, associated with the Marian events of 1961. Arrival, short walk, dinner and overnight.

Day7 Garabandal / San Sebastián / Lourdes

Breakfast. Before continuing the pilgrimage, short visit to the village of San Sebastián de Garabandal. You may climb up “the calleja” to pray the Holy Rosary at “Los Pinos”, the place indicated by local tradition as the site of Marian apparitions. We will also walk through the village, visiting the homes of the young visionaries and the “Milagrucu” street. Then continue to San Sebastián for a stroll through the old town, La Concha Beach, the Cathedral of the Good Shepherd and other historic spots. In the afternoon, departure to Lourdes. Arrival and overnight. In the evening, possibility of a first visit to the Grotto and of taking part in the Torchlight Procession, from Easter to October.

Day8 Lourdes

Breakfast. In the morning, in-depth visit with a local guide to the Sanctuary of Lourdes. We will visit the Basilica of Saint Pius X, the lower Basilica dedicated to Our Lady of the Rosary, the Grotto and other areas of the Sanctuary. There will also be time to see places from the life of Saint Bernadette, such as the mill where she lived, the jail where she stayed and the parish she attended. Afternoon free. Overnight.

Day9 Lourdes / Vitoria / Burgos / Madrid

Breakfast. In the morning, departure to Madrid with short stops along the way. Passing through Vitoria, capital of the Basque Country, and arrival in Burgos, a city renowned for its beautiful Gothic Cathedral, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Arrival in Madrid. End of the tour and transfer to the hotel. Overnight.

Day10 Madrid

Breakfast. Transfer to the airport. End of services.

The use of a coach or minibus will depend on the number of pilgrims traveling.
The candlelight processions at the Shrine of Fátima are subject to the calendar and weather conditions.
The torchlight processions in Lourdes take place daily from April to October.
During winter, from November 7 to April 9, a torchlight Rosary is prayed at the Grotto of the Apparitions on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at 8:30 p.m.
The Pilgrim's Mass in Santiago is subject to schedule confirmation.
Masses can only be celebrated when the group travels accompanied by a priest.
The City Tax may vary according to the local authorities in force.
Any change in the City Tax will be notified before the trip to adjust the booking.
